Will it fit my cleaning route?

This model is suited to smaller commercial cleaning zones and tighter routes. Measure the narrowest doors and aisles, and allow clearance for the full machine and squeegee rather than relying only on brush width.

Which power configuration am I buying?

Select RT35 for lead-acid batteries or RT35+ for lithium. The published charging times differ: about eight hours for RT35 and four hours for RT35+. The cleaning width and tank sizes are shared.

Which floors can it clean?

For approved hard floors such as sealed concrete, tile, epoxy and vinyl. Check the floor manufacturer’s maintenance instructions and choose a compatible brush or pad and detergent. Water-sensitive wood, laminate, coatings and polished finishes need particular care. This machine is not a carpet extractor.

SUNMAX says small amounts of test water or green transit-protection fluid may remain after factory testing. Follow the operating instructions for the initial rinse and setup.
