Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

CleanGearHQ accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available options may vary by device, location, and payment-provider eligibility. Cash, checks, money orders, and other physical payment methods are not accepted for online orders.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout and participating payment providers. CleanGearHQ does not store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Payment and Order Confirmation

Your payment method is authorized or charged when you submit your order, depending on the payment method. You must provide accurate billing and payment information.

An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not guarantee a shipment date. CleanGearHQ may contact you to verify payment, delivery requirements, or product availability. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the canceled, unfulfilled items to the original payment method.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout. Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. If we identify a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding with a correction.

Shipping

Shipping eligibility, freight services, delivery charges, and estimated delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy and the applicable product listing. Processing and transit times vary by product and supplier; a single delivery estimate does not apply to every item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method under our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
