The Makinex Dual Pressure Washer 4000 PSI combines a commercial pressure-washer wand and 24-inch rotary surface cleaner in one heavy-duty machine. Adjustable output from 1,000 to 4,000 PSI gives contractors the control to move between broad surface cleaning and targeted high-pressure work without changing machines.
Powered by a 13 hp Honda GX390 engine and delivering 4.0 GPM, the DPW-4000-DD-US is designed for demanding exterior-cleaning applications. Makinex rates its rotary system for up to three times faster coverage than traditional wand-only cleaning. An onboard hose reel, locking front caster, rear splash skirt, lifting eye, and folding handle support efficient use, transport, and storage.

Setup and Safety
Read the operator’s manual before setup or use. Operate this gasoline-powered machine only in a properly ventilated outdoor area. Connect and turn on the water supply before starting the engine, and never direct high-pressure spray toward people, animals, electrical sources, or unsuitable surfaces. Makinex recommends boots, gloves, long pants, safety goggles, and hearing protection.
Shipping and Delivery
- Free standard shipping is included for eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.
- This DPW/DPC machine ships by LTL freight from Makinex’s Texas facility.
- Inventory availability and estimated ship date are confirmed after order review. Carrier and tracking details are provided when available.
- Residential delivery and liftgate service may require an additional charge. Limited-access, inside-delivery, appointment, redelivery, and storage services are not included unless stated in writing and may also cost extra.
Standard freight delivery is curbside or to an accessible business receiving area; it does not include unpacking, assembly, inside placement, or white-glove service. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or shortage on the bill of lading, take photographs, and keep all packaging. Refuse severely damaged freight when reasonably possible. Report visible or concealed damage to CleanGearHQ within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly coordinate the freight claim. This reporting request does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Contact CleanGearHQ immediately if you need to cancel or change the delivery address. Once Makinex begins processing the order or books freight, cancellation or address changes are not guaranteed and documented supplier or carrier charges may apply, except where a refund is required by law.
Warranty
Makinex provides a one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser for defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and exclusions. The warranty is non-transferable. Engine components are covered separately under the engine manufacturer’s warranty. Wear items, consumables, attachments, accessories, misuse, improper setup or maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, theft, cosmetic damage, and other excluded causes are not covered.
Proof of purchase and maintenance records may be required. The customer is responsible for transportation when submitting equipment for warranty inspection or service. If Makinex approves a repair or replacement, Makinex or its authorized dealer pays return transportation within the same domestic territory.
Returns and Exchanges
Contact CleanGearHQ within 7 calendar days of delivery to request return authorization. Do not ship a product back until a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address have been issued.
- Eligible returns must be unused, in new and saleable condition, and in the original undamaged packaging.
- All returns are subject to Makinex inspection and approval.
- Approved returns within the supplier’s 30-day eligibility period are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- No return or credit is available after 30 days from the supplier invoice date.
- The customer is responsible for return freight, loss or damage in transit, and carrier claims. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Approved exchanges require a new order. Eligible exchange returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days; exchanges are not accepted after 60 days from the supplier invoice date.
- If the wrong product was shipped, CleanGearHQ will coordinate correction without charging return freight or a restocking fee.
