Setup and Operation
Fully charge the AGM battery system before operation. Install a compatible 20-inch pad driver or scrub brush for the intended floor-cleaning application, then follow the operating and safety procedures in the manufacturer’s owner’s manual. Operators should inspect the squeegee, tanks, pad or brush, and battery charge before each use.

Shipping and Delivery
- Free standard shipping is included for eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States.
- This machine ships directly from Aztec Products. Aztec dealer orders ship FOB shipping point.
- Inventory availability, carrier, freight method, and estimated ship date are confirmed after order review.
- Residential, liftgate, limited-access, inside-delivery, appointment, redelivery, and storage services are not included unless stated in writing and may require an additional charge.
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier receipt or bill of lading, take photographs, and keep all packaging. Refuse severely damaged freight when reasonably possible. Report visible or concealed damage to CleanGearHQ within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly coordinate the carrier or manufacturer claim. This reporting request does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Contact CleanGearHQ immediately if you need to cancel or change the delivery address. Cancellation is generally available before the order is submitted to Aztec. Once supplier processing or shipment has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed and documented supplier or carrier charges may apply, except where a refund is required by law.
Warranty
The Aztec ProScrub warranty is non-transferable and applies to defects in workmanship and materials, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, and required maintenance:
- Rotational-molded parts: 3 years
- Vacuum motor: 1 year
- Brush motor: 1 year
- Batteries: 1 year, prorated by the battery manufacturer
- Charger: 3 years through the charger manufacturer
Consumable and wear parts are excluded. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, unauthorized repair, theft, freezing, or freight carriers is not covered. An RGA and original purchase invoice are required for warranty service.
Returns and Warranty Claims
Contact CleanGearHQ before returning any Aztec product or part. An Aztec Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required, and unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Warranty returns must include the RGA number and original proof of purchase.
- Defective items must be packed carefully and shipped prepaid to the approved return location.
- The customer is responsible for inbound freight and any pickup or delivery travel costs unless Aztec confirms that the item was defective and authorizes reimbursement.
- Only authorized dealers may perform warranty repairs.
- Change-of-mind return eligibility is not guaranteed and requires written approval before shipment. Any approved non-warranty return remains subject to the applicable supplier fees and shipping deductions.
